These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the kami4d platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and play on kami4d. Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
Each player may hold only one kami4d account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements before withdrawal. Minimum 20x the bonus amount applies unless otherwise stated. Read individual bonus terms carefully.
Collusion, use of bots, arbitrage abuse, and any form of fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an Account on kami4d. This age threshold applies without exception. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. kami4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account pending age verification.
The Platform is primarily operated for and directed at players residing in Indonesia, including residents of Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Bali, Semarang, Makassar, Palembang, and all other regions. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by statute are not eligible to register and must not use the Platform.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally restricted from gambling by court order, self-exclusion agreement, or applicable law are ineligible to register or maintain an Account.
Each individual natural person may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts — including under different names, email addresses, or payment instruments — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance therein.

You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is accurate and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance. You are responsible for updating your Account information promptly if any registered details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs). kami4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security measures. You must notify kami4d customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with or permit access to your Account by any third party. kami4d will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorized by you.
kami4d is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies. KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of your first withdrawal and may be required at any subsequent time at kami4d's discretion.

KYC documents are reviewed within 1–3 business days of receipt. kami4d will notify you by email once verification is complete or if additional information is required. Withdrawals will be held pending completion of KYC verification.

Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Account within 1–5 minutes of confirmed receipt. In rare cases involving bank maintenance windows or network delays, processing may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transfer proof (bukti transfer).
All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). kami4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any funds received in a currency other than IDR will be returned minus any applicable bank fees.
You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be returned to their source, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy exists to protect against money laundering and unauthorized transactions.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. Funds that originated from a deposit made less than 24 hours ago may be subject to a security review before withdrawal processing.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Player's name. Processing times are as follows:
Processing times are based on Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) business hours. Requests submitted during Indonesian national bank holidays or scheduled maintenance windows may experience delays.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are tiered by VIP status and are communicated to Players within their Account dashboard. kami4d reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in installments over multiple business days.
kami4d may request additional verification for any withdrawal at its sole discretion, particularly for first-time withdrawals, unusually large amounts, or where suspicious activity is suspected. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 7 days will result in cancellation of the withdrawal request, with funds returned to the Account Balance.
kami4d does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are beyond kami4d's control and are the Player's sole responsibility.
kami4d offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion and to these general bonus provisions.
Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the following standard wagering requirements apply:
kami4d actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion between Players to exploit referral programs. Where bonus abuse is identified, kami4d reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the Account, and permanently ban the Player from future promotions.
Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated by bonus funds is capped at 5x the original bonus amount (e.g., a Rp 100.000 bonus may generate a maximum withdrawal of Rp 500.000 from bonus-derived winnings). Any winnings above this cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal request.
kami4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already granted to a Player's Account prior to the change, unless fraud or breach of these Terms is identified.
All bets placed on the kami4d Platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to the specific game rules applicable to each product type. By placing a bet, you accept the applicable odds, game rules, and potential outcomes at the time the bet is confirmed.
Sports bets — including those placed on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — are governed by the sports betting rules published within the Platform. Key provisions include:
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are drawn from official sources (e.g., Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club). kami4d accepts no responsibility for errors in source data transmission. kami4d aims to maintain Platform availability at or above 99.8% uptime. However, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kami4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kami4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if kami4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Gambling involves financial risk. You accept full responsibility for all bets placed through your Account and acknowledge that losses are a foreseeable and inherent outcome of gambling. kami4d is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting kami4d customer support. Upon verified closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification completion.
kami4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:
Upon Account termination for cause, kami4d may void all pending bets, forfeit Bonus Funds, and withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where termination results from kami4d's own decision unrelated to Player misconduct, any legitimate Balance will be returned as specified in clause 14.1.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kami4d holds its primary gaming license. Nothing in this clause limits the mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
In the event of a dispute between you and kami4d, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved efficiently at this level. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days of submission, kami4d provides access to an independent dispute resolution mechanism through its licensing jurisdiction's regulatory body.
kami4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where amendments are material, kami4d will notify registered Players by email with at least 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
